Yes, our plans are flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. You can change your plan inside the admin or for assistance, feel free to reach out to us via chat or at support@strategically.co.

We don't currently offer a free trial, but if you book a no-obligation demo, we can explain how our platform helps E-Commerce stores scale their traffic.

Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. The only exception is when upgrading to a different plan.

You can opt for a monthly or annual subscription plan. We offer 25% discounts for clients who sign up for an annual plan paid monthly. Book a demo to learn about our discounted annual plans.

Your credit refresh will occur on the same day of the month that you first subscribed to the plan. If your subscription starts on the last day of the month, the refresh will happen on the last day of each month. Unused credits do not carry over for monthly plans but will carry over each month for annual plans. For instance, with the Individual I plan, if you signed up on March 31st and have used 1000 out of 2000 credits by June 15th, your word count will reset on April 30th. All words will be provided for annual plans at the start of the subscription.

We use Stripe to process your payments securely. You can pay with the following payment methods:

  • All major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China UnionPay
  • Wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay
  • Bank payment methods in the EU, including Sofort, giropay, iDEAL, and Bancontact

How many products, collections, or other tasks can be completed per month Strategically depends on the complexity of the tasks performed, such as generating text or adding custom workflow. Each workflow run might have different credit consumption, depending on the steps and content it generates. We've provided estimates of the number of products or collections you might be able to create per month, but your actual outcome will depend on the complexity of your workflow runs.
